Château Corbin is a Saint-Emilion wine that stems from a 12.31-hectare vineyard. The vines are 33 years old on average and are planted on clay and sandy-clay soils upon an iron-clay subsoil. Hand-picked in small crates. Densimetric sorting. Vinification by plot in small concrete vats, with pumping over. Vatting for 19 to 26 days. Château Corbin comprises a blend of Merlot (90%) and Cabernet Franc (10%).
