Privacy Policy of Myporter

We respect the privacy rights of our Account Holders and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected from You. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your Personal Information when You use our web portal. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, please do not access the Platform and/or use the Services.

Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the Terms of Service.

    1. We will comply with data protection law. This means that the personal information we hold about you must be:

      2. collected only for valid purposes that we have explained to you clearly and not used in any way that is incompatible with these purposes;

Personal Data means any information about an individual from which the person can be identified. Personal Data includes but is not limited to your name, email address, phone number, correspondence address, date of birth and gender.

    1. The Personal Data that we collect from you will be processed, used or shared with third parties (including our affiliates and service providers) for the following purposes (collectively the “Purpose”):
      1. to provide and operate the Platform and/or grant you access to the Services;
      2. to manage and administer your Account and our relationship with you;
      3. to communicate with you regarding your Orders and Transactions;
      4. to keep you informed via e-mail and electronic newsletters regarding the Services and potential deals, offers or promotion sales that may interest you;
      5. to process and fulfil your confirmed Orders, including the delivery of the product(s) to your designated delivery address;
      6. to conduct statistical analysis of Account Holders including the number of Account Holders, frequency of use, profile of Account Holders and using such analysis for our business plans, the enhancement of the Services and conveying such information in general terms (but not information in relation to specific individuals) to third parties who have or propose to have business dealings with MP;
      7. to comply with any request from any third party or any Order of Court or directive from Authorities investigating any alleged offence, misdeeds and/or abuse or for the purposes of taking legal action against any Account Holders.
      8. to perform or comply with any matters expressly reserved in the Terms of Use;

      10. to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
    2. We may share or transfer your Personal Data in connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of its business to another company. In such circumstances the data will be subject to confidentiality arrangements. You will have the opportunity to opt out of such transfer if the new entity’s planned processing of your Personal Data differs materially from that set forth in this Privacy Policy.
    3. We will not sell, share or disclose Personal Data with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
    4. We will only use your personal information for the Purpose unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the Purpose. If we need to use your Personal Data for an unrelated purpose, we will advise you of this and explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.

  4. Use of Sensitive Personal Data
    1. Some special categories of personal data, such as information about your Authorised Payment Mode and delivery address(es) are used solely to process your confirmed Orders.

    1. We take the security of your Personal Data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to prevent your data being lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the performance of their duties. As part of using the Services and Third-Party Services available on the Platform, MP and the Third-Party Services, may require the collection, access and use of Personal Data pertaining to you including the activities or navigation undertaken by you through the Platform and/or the Services. Such Third-Party Services Providers shall include, but not be limited to:
      1. our affiliates and business partners;
      2. our agents and service providers;
      3. third party payment gateways; and
      4. law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activity.
    2. You acknowledge and agree that our Privacy Policy and each such Third-Party Services’ privacy policy govern such activities.

    1. As a data subject, you have the following rights:
      1. access and obtain a copy of your data on request (known as a “data subject access request”);

    1. We may also collect information that the mobile device, personal computer, laptop and/or tablet send whenever you use the Platform and the Services. This Log Data may include information such as your mobile device, personal computer, laptop and/or or tablet’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, the pages of the Platform that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
