Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the Terms of Service.

      2. collected only for valid purposes that we have explained to you clearly and not used in any way that is incompatible with these purposes;

Personal Data includes but is not limited to your name, email address, phone number, correspondence address, date of birth and gender.

      3. to communicate with you regarding your Orders and Transactions;
      4. to keep you informed via e-mail and electronic newsletters regarding the Services and potential deals, offers or promotion sales that may interest you;
      5. to process and fulfil your confirmed Orders, including the delivery of the product(s) to your designated delivery address;
      6. to conduct statistical analysis of Account Holders including the number of Account Holders, frequency of use, profile of Account Holders and using such analysis for our business plans, the enhancement of the Services and conveying such information in general terms (but not information in relation to specific individuals) to third parties who have or propose to have business dealings with MP;
      7. to comply with any request from any third party or any Order of Court or directive from Authorities investigating any alleged offence, misdeeds and/or abuse or for the purposes of taking legal action against any Account Holders.
      8. to perform or comply with any matters expressly reserved in the Terms of Use;
      9. to comply with any request from any third party or any Order of Court or directive from authorities investigating any alleged offence, misdeeds and/or abuse or for the purposes of taking legal action; and
      10. to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
   2. We may share or transfer your Personal Data in connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of its business to another company. In such circumstances the data will be subject to confidentiality arrangements. You will have the opportunity to opt out of such transfer if the new entity’s planned processing of your Personal Data differs materially from that set forth in this Privacy Policy.
   3. We will not sell, share or disclose Personal Data with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
   4. We will only use your personal information for the Purpose unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the Purpose.    1. Some special categories of personal data, such as information about your Authorised Payment Mode and delivery address(es) are used solely to process your confirmed Orders.

We have internal policies and controls in place to prevent your data being lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the performance of their duties.       2. our agents and service providers;
      3. third party payment gateways; and
      4. law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activity.

    1. We use the industry standard 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology when you provide us with your Personal Data.
    2. We host Personal Data with hosting service providers situated in Singapore The servers on which Personal Data is stored are kept in a controlled environment.

20. Retention of Personal Data

       1. your Account is active;
       2. is necessary to fulfil the Purpose, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, as reasonably useful for commercial purposes;
       3. is necessary to comply with our legal obligations under any applicable laws or resolve disputes and to enforce the Terms of Service.
